Entrostop has been around since 1972 as a brand of medicine to treat diarrhea and is available in two types of products, Entrostop tablets and Entrostop Herbal Children, which can be found easily at the nearest pharmacy, minimarket, or supermarket.

Tablet

Entrostop in tablet form serves to absorb toxins, toxins, bacteria, viruses, and toxins that cause diarrhea. Contains Pectin and Attapulgite which are proven to be able to overcome diarrhea and its symptoms.

Pectin functions to absorb fluids and make stools denser but still soft, while Attapulgite serves to bind and absorb bacteria and toxins that cause diarrhea.

  • Adults & Children > 12 years: 2 tablets after each bowel movement, maximum 12 tablets per 24 hours.
  • Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet after each bowel movement, maximum 6 tablets per 24 hours.
Direction

It is recommended to take Entrostop tablets after defecating (before/after eating), according to the instructions for use/dose listed on the package and as recommended by the doctor. Do not reduce, stop, or increase your dose without your doctor's instructions.

Indication

To relieve abdominal pain due to diarrhea and treat diarrhea symptoms by absorbing toxins or bacteria that cause diarrhea, excreting through bowel movements, then stopping diarrhea.

Side Effect

A common side effect is that constipation is usually mild and temporary.
