Direction

Take one tablet at night before taking a rest. Store at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and keep it out of reach of children.

Indication

Potassium and Mg Aspartate help maintain health to break down lactic acid that causes sore and stiff muscles that accumulate in the muscles to be converted into energy.

Side Effect

There are no known side effects with normal use. For overdose, treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
