For the second consecutive year, Kalbe Consumer Health (KCH) proudly announces our remarkable achievement of being recognized as the Best Company to Work For in Asia, a prestigious award held by HR Asia.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is a program that acknowledges companies throughout Asia that foster strong employee engagement and cultivate excellent workplace cultures. This year, KCH proudly stands strong among hundreds of applicants, including multinational corporations.

Our holistic well-being program is a comprehensive initiative designed to prioritize our employees’ financial, physical, and mental health well-being. We are offering educational seminars to enhance financial and health literacy, collaborating with our several expert partners for financial and mental health consultation, and also providing a range of group exercise programs and healthy food options.

2.Cultivate high-performing culture

KCH always fosters a high-performing culture, where individuals strive to be the best, pushing their limits to achieve excellence. To achieve this, we are recognizing our employees’ hard work by celebrating employees’ success with special rewards and annually creating prestigious marketing awards, innovation competitions, assimilation programs, and internal communication Newsletter programs that display what we do and achieve.

3.Create a meaningful work

Creating meaningful work means that KCH is encouraging and fostering employees to find meaning in their work. Not only internally, but we are also actively creating more impact for externals through the KCH Movement. This year in Saka Untuk Indonesia III, we organized 24 Social Movement Programs around Indonesia that involved more than 200 Employees.​ During 2022-2023, we are accepting 40 undergraduate students to prepare the young generation to excel in the future.
