In 2022, Kalbe, through Kalbe Consumer Health, won the prestigious international award as the 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2022' held by HR Asia.

HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia is an award program for companies that their  employees have identified as companies with good work cultures. This award is intended for companies across Asia with best HR practices, demonstrating a high employee involvement in shaping a healthy organizational culture.

Kalbe Consumer Health won this award after passing the assessment stages of the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) Survey with three dimensions of measurement to employees, namely:

1) Core which measures leadership & organization, culture & ethics, and active initiatives.

2) Self which measures emotional engagement, motivation, and working behavior.

3) Groups that measure collective consciousness, workplace sentiment, and team dynamics.

After going through the TEAM Survey stage, Kalbe Consumer Health did a presentation to the HR Asia committee team and continued with an assessment audit. Then, the announcement of the assessment survey and presentation results showed that Kalbe Consumer Health received a satisfactory predicate because it exceeded the average industry score in Indonesia.

This success is certainly thanks to the commitment of Kalbe Consumer Health to carrying out the spirit of Kalbe Panca Sradha values.
